Wellness performance was set up to support our parent brand Hydro Train, to provide wellbeing services to clients to ensure they have a better level of wellbeing.

We have done a high level of research and education to ensure this can be achieved throughout the wellbeing process.

Our nutrition coaching service is the first level of wellbeing performance we focus on, by having this in place will define the correct fuel required throughout the day in order to achieve a goal or target.

The next stage is the personal training, which is designed to work with the client to train them in the best possible safe and most effective way.

We also offer a sports massage service which is used to give the client a better level of recovery.

Our vision for the brand is to create a brand that works directly with the clients and any organisations that could be benefit from our services.

We have created a nutrition coaching service specialising in helping clients with their body composition and sports nutrition which we feel can really make a difference to our clients in terms of affordability, choice, practicality, convenience and most important supplying the goal or target in the correct form.

With this in place we are confident that this could provide the business with a platform to take the water exercise to the next level and provide efficient rehabilitation services and water classes on under one roof.

Our business model has been designed to work with the NHS to provide services on GP referral terms.

Process and design are the key to keeping service relevant, professional and affordable for the consumer. With our IT experience, wellbeing education and our 28 year experience within individual sports, teams and gyms within the area, we have a strong understanding of expectations and demands on both a personal and physical level.

We have also invested heavily in making sure we have the highest level of education possible to give the best level of care.

Our nutrition service has been designed following 18 months studying and course completion to gain a nutrition qualification with leading nutrition brand Precision Nutrition.

We are also registered with CIMSPA an organisation register for exercise and wellbeing professionals, to show our intentions of professionalism.
