Customised nutrition plans are designed to work with the client to hit nutrition targets or goals.
Our plans are developed using the clients body composition measurements and level of activity during the day to give a calorie daily energy expenditure number requirement.
With this in mind we then take the number and apply a macronutrient profile for the target, showing the correct number of calories required per day. This will then be the foundations for the coaching moving forward and although this will more than likely change during the coaching period due to the deferentials in body requirements.
The idea of the cooking instructions was created to help our clients learn how to cook the relevant fresh foods without being tempted into eating through convenience due to the complexity of the more relevant option.
We know from our experience that there are many people that would like to learn to cook, but don't feel like they have the skills to be able to do so.
We have worked really hard to make the instructions as simple as possible to ensure the dishes can be prepared at cooked with ease.
There are various reasons we created the shopping list function within the plans, all of them are to make it more convenient and easy.
So much time is wasted looking through cupboards, creating a shopping list and trying to decide what is required for the meals for the week ahead.
Another way it can be useful is to make it easy at the end of the day, to finish work and pick up the shopping without having to think what is needed.
