This page has been designed using our training as precision nutrition coaches to demonstrate recommended consumption levels to meet demands of the body. It requires the user to input their body weight, height and age to give a BMR based on these statistics.

The next level requires the user to select a goal or a target, we will then apply the correct recommended percentage for the three macronutrients for the selected target/goal.

Carbohydrates are required to give each target/goal a energy level, protein levels are used to enable the muscle fibres to repair and provides them with the correct fuel to do so, and fats are used to protect the body and offer insulation when required.

After this information has been entered, it will split the consumption levels and it will use the meal time british nutrition standards figures and apply them to each meal time. With this information it will give the individual an idea of the macronutrient content per meal as well as any food type ideas to help them with selecting foods at each interval.
