  • 1/2 cup cooked kidney beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup cashews or pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Optional additions

  • Fresh spinach
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Plain yoghurt
  • Chopped carrot, apple, or bell pepper

Cooking Instructions
